Robert Melillo

Managing Director

As co-founder and Managing Director of G&M Health, Bob provides executive leadership for the company based on his 20 plus years of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance experience. Prior to founding G&M, Bob was Vice President & Managing Director of PRS Franklin, an inVentiv Health Company, heading the Compliance Management and Commercial Services divisions with responsibility for over 125 employees and 35 healthcare industry clients. Before joining inVentiv Health, Mr. Melillio was a co-founder and Managing Director of Pharmaceutical Resource Solutions, LLC (PRS), where he created several compliance software applications, and was author of The Melillo Review, an industry compliance newsletter.

In private practice, Bob served as General Counsel and Regulatory Advisor for several healthcare companies, including PharmFlex Inc. and Snyder Healthcare Sales, providing pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance guidance for their commercial and promotional activities. He holds a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College in Connecticut.

Ihab Ghaly

Managing Director

Ihab is a co-founder and Managing Director of G&M Health, focused on providing strategic direction and streamlined, cost-effective solutions for clients. Before founding G&M Health, he served as Senior Vice President, Quality, Regulatory and Sampling at J. Knipper and Company, responsible for Sample Accountability, Quality Assurance and System Validation operations, and business development related to PDMA, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulatory areas.

Ihab previously served as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at McKesson Corporation, where he was responsible for three divisions within McKesson Healthcare Solutions. He has worked in regulated industries since 1991, and has management experience in sales, marketing, and import/export. He has designed and implemented many effective healthcare compliance programs, and represented companies in over 30 FDA, DEA and State audits. Ihab holds an M.B.A. from Rowan University

Erinee Endrawis

Accounts Director

Erinee is the Head of the G&M Business Development Team. In that role she is responsible for growing the G&M Business and supporting Client Relations. She has been with G&M for over 5 years and during that time she also served in Project Management and Finance roles as well. During her leadership of the Business Development Department she has successfully grown the business in excess of 25% each year. Prior to joining G&M, Erinee has served in various other roles within the healthcare industry. She earned a Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University.

Edward Kolb

Vice President, Compliance Management

Before joining G&M Health, Ed was Director of Production Operations at SDI (now IMS Health), and held a similar role in the IMS Health Global Technology Services & Operations business unit. Ed also managed Quality Assurance for Verispan (now IMS). During his 12 years with these companies, he was responsible for production operations, report development, quality control and related compliance areas, and managed domestic & offshore operations. Ed’s previous experience includes 10 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he managed domestic sales reporting and other sales operations. Ed earned his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law, an M.B.A. from Rutgers Business School, and a B.S. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ed is certified in Healthcare Compliance, Computer Systems Validation, and is a member of the NJ State Bar Association

Brian Van Hoy

Vice President

Before joining G&M Health, Brian worked for Eli Lilly and Company for over 30 years in various positions in sales, marketing, medical, and compliance. Most recently, Brian was responsible for supporting US Sales and Marketing leaders to understand and manage risk. Brian has served as President of the PDMA alliance and maintains his license as a Registered Pharmacist and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. He is graduate of Purdue University School of Pharmacy.
